to The Institute Cultural Hispanaa-Americana de Madrid (ICFit M-Hispano-Ajnerican
Cultural Institute of Madrid), which was organized this year in !Madrid,,
Spain, reportedly has branches in Argentina. IMexico, and Cuba for the purpose
of spreading pro-Franco propaganda throughout Latin America. It is the
intention of the ICRA.M to establish branches in all latin American countries,
with the largest organizations in Buenos Aires, Mexico City, and Habana. The
Institute in Madrid plans to send a representative at least once a month from
Spain to each of the countries where there are branches,

for the Instituo Cultural Fiispanas-Cubana, heportedly, he obtained the money
for this group from rich Spanish residents in F The activities of the

Spanish Sculpture) in Madrid, arrived in Cuba in connection with the establish-
ment of the Institute. Cultural Hispana-Cu.banan Cosioa whose alleged purpose
is to spread Spanish culture, has expressed the desire to travel.to the
