1. ajuro Lipovac, a native of Montenegro-kho arrived in Buenos Aires in
October, is attempting to unite Montenegrin iasnigrants in Argentina
and to form a group which wiLl. advocate independence for Montenegro.
He is paying particular attention to Montenegrin immigrants who are
now prosperous farmers in the Chaco Territory.
