the first precise instructions to Frenon Communist leaders ban been trans-
mitter to Isdgar Lalmund and Bob Claessena, Belgian Communist leaders,
following their return fro.n rloseow in November 1947? This statement has
been headlined and refuted in the Communist press throughout Belgium and
France,

at any timed However, Lalma;id, Paul Liboic, and seven non-Communist
members of the Belgian Parlieuent visited i reaw for eight days at the
invitation of the Polish government., They left Brussels 29 October 1947
