1. The Russians are !.inch dissatisfied with the mining methods at Jachymov and
are ernding Prof. Bo&olho tsev there after having induced the Czechs to in-
vite a Russian technical team to the area. Bogonoltsev is spending a great
deal of time at the ii GB office in Aue in preparation for his trip.
2. Berrinninn 1 Novei ber SAG Uielrut ipso to have a nthIy delivery schedule assigned
by the Russians. There wan to be a 74 percent increase in the naterial mined.
In view of the ahorta e in equipment, spare parts, transport, and skilled
workers, these quotas are considered too high.
3. Difficulties are reportedly being met with in persuading professional miners
to come to the SAG 11ismut mines. to work or stay on the job where they are.
