The Partai Repoebliek Indonesia (PART) has joined with the Partai Komunis
Indonesia (PKI) according to documents received from these organizations by
Indonesians. The purpose of this action is to form 11ce'.1s" and to take
"mass action" in carrying out subversive actions alains4. the Dutch and in
setting up a Communist regime in socialist disguise.

student, Soetan Akbar. The Corrrmznists are cooperating,, t',erefort?e, with
Mohaamnedans in guerilla warfare in West Java.
This cooperation is the result of a compromise made at T'i.amis between Communists
and Mohammedans on the pretext of arriving at a "Bai'at"(fr,iendly) agreement.
A number of officers of the Barisan Bamboe Roentj ing" sit in the headquarters
of the Ilizbr ellahs and Sabilillahs (t arkas Pasoendan IIizboe:tlah.Sabilillah).
6. Territories under the Communist "reign of terror" are Koen.cagan in Cheribon,
Krawang and Tjikampek in rural Batavia, Bandoeng, Tjiamis, 1'asikoalaya, Siradangm
iaya and Tjiandjoer in the Priangan.
