1. Latin American Communist leaders will convene to discuss the program of the
new Cominforla at Belgrade and its related activities in Latin America. This
meeting will be held secretly under the auspices of the Confederacion do
Trabajadores de America Latina (CTRL) in Mexico City in Nove&- bar.
2. The same source has reported that the proposal of a meeting to take place in
Montevideo, Uruguay, to discuss the activities of the Cominfoxm was believed to
be a cover-up for the Mexico meeting,
