1. The Mukden-Penchihu-Antung Railroad has been. repaired. Regular passenger
traffic starts on 27 December.
The Communists continue to cut the Cbi.aochi singtao-Tsinan Railroad.
UN1 Tsingtao was able to send a forty car train with emergency supplies
to Tsinan before the ling, was cut. Forty more trains have been scheduled,
but it is now doubted if it is practical to risk moving supplies on this
scale by rail.
