NATIONAL INTELLIGENCE PROGRAMS EVALUATION
1. POSITION TITLE: Systems Analyst GRADE: GS-15 SLOT NO.
COMPONENT: Systems Analysis Group, DCI/NIPE
2. DESCRIPTION OF JOB:
Evaluation of intelligence programs, including development of techniques which
permit determination of effectiveness and cost-effectiveness. Duties are sub-
stantive and managerial. The substantive duties require familiarity with systems
analysis, hence some knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and marginal analysis.
However, emphasis is on the application of logic to problem solving. The
managerial duties require ability to organize and direct the efforts of persons
and units (e. g. , interagency groups) supporting studies.
3. QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
a. Experience pertinent to systems analysis.
b. Ability to organize and guide efforts of non-Staff personnel,
c. Determination, with tactfulness.
