1. It is requested that your committee instruct the eriuiremF: 1,.
Coordinator to record the Types of Information and `Icrngets i.,.. t1l,
IPC List in a mechanical coding system.
2. It is anticipated that such a codification of the list will have
advantages both to the producer of the lint and to the .ncil.daal
elements of DD/P usinn it, for operational programming, for count, ry
directives, and for collection action.
3. For producers of the List such a codification will sinnialify
problems of revision and thus facilitate keeping the List current.

information needs expressed in the List change as new developments
