APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
1. The minutes of the EIC meeting of 5 March 1958 were approved.
REDRAFT OF DCID 15/1: "PRODUCTION AND COORDINATION. OF FOREIGN ECONOMIC
INTELLIGENCE."
2. Discussion: The meeting was held for the purpose of discussing
the second draft of the proposed redraft of DCID 15/1, "Production and.
Coordination of Foreign Economic Intelligence" (See EIC-M-66, items 7
and 8, and EIC-M-65, items 3 and 4.).
3. Action: A number of suggestions were made and agreed, and
some points were deferred for later consideration. It was agreed to
meet again.in the near future to consider the revised redraft and, such
points as remained unresolved.
