14 The minutes of the second meeting of the CIA Career Service
Bo r'd, held 17 October, were approved.,
24 Ths minutes of the second meeting of the Review Committee
of the (;!A, Career Service Board, held 12 'November 1952, were noted
for the record.

The Board considered the Staff Study from the Chairman of the
Pro''oosior?ai Selection Panels, dated 17 November, and discussed in detail the
