A. Our principal objectives are to further realize our
goals as outlined in Section I bys
1. Improving the reassignment program;
2, Continued support to all Career Boards;
3, Placing greater emphasis on marginal and sub-marginal
performance;
4. Emphasizing the Fitness Report Program;
5* Improving counseling and out-placement service.
Be In summary the primary objective can be stated simply
as, "To constantly strive through personal service and
assistance to improve the Personnel Program in the Agency."
