1. SIGNIFICANCE: A NEWLY IDENTIFIED PROBABLE LONG RANGE SAM
LAUNCH COMPLEX.
THIS IS THE 31ST DEPLOYED PROBABLE LONGE RANGE
SAM LAUNCH COMPLEX OBSERVED IN THE USSR. IT IS
SIMILAR IN CONFIGURATION TO THE PROBABLE LONG
RANGE SAM LAUNCH COMPLEXES AT PERESLAVL-
ZALESSKIY AND KHABAROVSK. THE NEAREST SUCH
COMPLEX IS AT SVERDLOVSK, 105 NM TO THE
NORTHWEST,
