1. SIGNIFICANCE: THIS BRIEFING BOARD DEPICTS A VIETNAMESE
INSCRIPTION ON THE SIDE OF A HILL NEAR PHU
VAN NORTH VIETNAM AT 18-47N 105-17E.
2. LOCATION: 3.0 NM SOUTH-SOUTHWEST OF PHU VAN AMMUNITION
SINCE EARLY JULY 1966, NUMEROUS INSCRIPTIONS,
WHICH HAVE REFLECTED PROPAGANDA AGAINST THE
UNITED STATES, HAVE BEEN OBSERVED THROUGHOUT
NORTH VIETNAM.
