9. MISSION READOUT:
A LARGE STRUCTURE IS OVER THE NE SILO AT 4C-1.
THE LARGE STRUCTURE IS PULLED BACK SO THAT THE NE SILO
IS PARTIALLY OPEN. THE RAIL-SERVED SW SILO IS OPEN AND CONSTRUCTION
IS CONTINUING AT THE NW SILO. AT 4C-2, A VEHICLE/PIECE OF EQUIP-
MENT IS ADJACENT TO THE SW SILO.
THE LARGE STRUCTURE IS COMPLETELY OFF, BUT NEAR THE NE
SILO AT 4C-1. A VEHICLE/PIECE OF EQUIPMENT IS AT OR OVER THE RAIL-
SERVED SW SILO. CONSTRUCTION IS CONTINUING AT THE NW SILO. AT 4C-2,
THE SW SILO IS OPEN AND THE VEHICLE/PIECE OF EQUIPMENT HAS MOVED TO
THE REAR OF THE SITE.
AT 4C-1, THE LARGE STRUCTURE IS BY THE SILO COVER AND
A VEHICLE/PIECE OF EQUIPMENT IS AT THE OPEN NE SILO. THE SW SILO IS
APPARENTLY CLOSED FOR THE FIRST TIME SINCE MODIFICATION WAS SEEN ON
A VEHICLE/PIECE OF EQUIPMENT IS ON THE NEW APPROACH
TO THIS SITE FROM THE WEST. THE COVER IS BACK OVER THE SILO AT 4C-2.
THE SW SILO IS AGAIN OPEN AND A VEHICLE/PIECE OF EQUIP-
MENT IS ADJACENT TO THE SILO AT 4C-2. AT 4C-1, IDENTIFICATION ONLY.
