ODE - B 4035 arrived L __]in two shipments the first on 13 August at 2200 and the second on 14 August at 1030- 1. TASEEM a. CHIRCHIE AIRFIELD surfaced runways (concrete?) one measuring approximately 8000 feet and the other 6500 feet. Two taxiways connect runways with parking aprons but the two runways are not connected by taxiways. Aircraft observed: six Beagles. b. TAS EBT SOUTHEAST AIRFIELD E-W concrete runway approximately 10,000 feet by 200 feet. Aircraft observed: thirty-six Coach/Crate, eleven Cab, one Camel, fifteen possible Creek, five probable Colt, five probable Hound. c. TASM7M AIRFIELDI ENE - WNW concrete runway approximately 4560 feet by 225 feet with parallel parking ramp measuring 1270 feet by 440 feet. Aircraft observed: nine Coach/Crate, two Coach/Crate minus wings, four Cab, one Hound, one probable Creek. Three antennae arrays consisting of three 700 foot masts, three 350 foot lattice towers, and twelve lattice towers varying in height from 165 feet to 220 feet. Adjacent to the antennae array is a building area some 1250 by 1500 feet which is enclosed by double fencing with guard towers. e. CHIRCHIK CHEMICAL COMBINE ~ This large installa- tion is covered by excellent oblique photography. The town of Kyzl Orda and surrounding area is covered by excellent photography. No unusual or significant installations were noted. a. The town of Dzhusaly and surrounding area is covered by excellent photography. b. DZHUSALY AIRFIELDI Two NE-SW parallel packed earth runways, one approximately 9000 feet by 350 feet, and one approximately 7500 feet by 350 feet. KAZALINSK and NOVO-KAZAT.TNSK The towns of Kazalinsk and Novo-Kazalinsk are covered by photography of excellent quality. No unusual or significant installations were noted. 6. VOZR0i sxA ISLAND A large is}.M in the Aral Sea showing evidence of considerable activity. ARYS (Tracker only) The town of Arys is covered only by small scale photogrthy. Located on the Tashkent-Turkestan Rail-line)Arys was conspicuous due to four large rail-served secure storage areas. The town of Chimkent is covered only by small scale photo- graphy. No unusual or significant installations were noted. E-W concrete runway 7000 by 200 feet., with parallel earth runway measuring over 159000 feet in length and 375 feet in width. Aircraft observed- one Badger, seventy-five Fagot/ Fresco., one helicopter. N'S packed earth runway5500 by 200 feet. Aircraft observed- twenty-eight Beagles., twenty-five Fagot/Fresco., five possible Creek, one Cab., two Colt. 15?
