AUTOMATIC DATA PROCESSING POLICY
1. There is hereby established an ADP Committee in the Office
of Basic intelligence.
2. The Committee will be responsible for the preliminary coordination
of all new ADP projects within OBI and for keeping abreast of developments
in ADP and other machine techniques relative to their possible application.
All major ADP projects will be sponsored by the office rather than by a
subordinate unit. The Committee will serve as an advisory body to the
Director of Basic Intelligence.
