Paragraph 9 of the so-called interface agreement has general applicability to OSI-produced NIS (Sections 7 and 4+5) and does not require change. 2. Paragraph 10 has some relevance to the processing of NIS Section 7 (Scientific). It does not conflict with current practice and, from an NIS point of view, does not require change. Contributions to Sections 7 from Defense and CIA contractor are consolidated by OSI and submitted to JAEIC (for nuclear energy only) and to SIC for coordination and review before submission to OBI.
