The Geographic Area Career Development paper was discussed by the group and changes were made. It was decided to disseminate one or two copies to each branch, with a request for branch comments to include all minority opinions as well as majority opinions. First, however, the additional comments from the Division Chiefs should be submitted to Ch/G by 23 December 1955. 2. reported that Antarctica is a problem, as there was too much material for to handle both the Satellites and 25X1A9a Antarctica. 25X1A9a 3. asked if any mapping group exchanges between the USSR and the U. S. are planned. 25X1A9a 4. reported that he has been asked by to give a lecture on photo intelligence. It is now regarded as possible to put a map representative in the 25X1A6d -Office, who would handle only Geographic Area requirements. He would work through the regular contact specialists or already existent contacts and would develop new contacts as well. If this works out satisfactorily a job will be available and - has no one to fill it.
