" The conference is an annual highlight of the program of the World Affairs Council. Attendance is usually in the neighbor- hood of tOO?s{uly leaders from business, education, and corurnunity life in this area, -'sat conferences have attracted internationally known speakers, and have achieved major press attention, On behalf of the Conference Committee, of which I am chairman, and of the Board of Directors of the Council, I am pleased to invite you to be the keynote speaker at this meeting.
