MEMORANDUM FOR THE UNITED STATES INTELLIGENCE BOARD
SUBJECT: Site Designation System for Soviet Surface-to-Air
Missile Sites
1. The attached memorandum bearing on development of a uniform
site designation system for referring to Soviet surface-to-air missile
sites is forwarded for review, together with a sample chart.
2. This matter will be placed on the agenda of an early Intelligence
Board meeting, for action on the recommendation of GMAIC.
