1. The following appear to merit consideration for the agenda
of the Office Directors' meeting, 8-10 March 1974:
a. A discussion of Management by Objectives (progress
of OTR plans for sponsoring MBO seminars).
b. A progress report on the efforts being made to reduce
the paper work.
c. A discussion of the OJCS Computer System Plan.
d. How can technology help to reduce the American
presence abroad?
e. A discussion of Letters of Instruction (their relation
to Fitness Reports; progress on Agency-wide implementation; reasons
for different LOI completion target dates for other directorates).
f. A discussion of means for establishing computer
programming priorities within the Agency.
g. Continuation of discussion of Equal Employment
Opportunities and Program.
