le Movimiento Nacionalista Revolucionario (t{NR) exiles in Argentina be-
lieve that the temporary resignation of Enrique Hertzog as president
of Bolivia will permit the fomenting of a new revolutionary movement
in Bolivia within the next three weeks. They believe that the move-
ment may start with mine strikes in two weeks.
2. It is reported that on 27 April, the wife of Bolivian exile Juan
Valverde left Buenos Aires by train for La Paz with letters and in--
structions from MNR leaders in Argentina to be delivered to a man
named Aguirre, otherwise unidentified.
