1, Joseph Valentina Flor D tAuvray t visited Singapore between 6 and 9 December
1948. At that time he contacted a local Chinese businessman known to the
police as a smuggler with a number of high speed motor boats. I) Luvray intend-
ed to set up a business in smuggling opium, cocaine, etc. with the Chinese and
the final arrangements for this venture were to be completed upon DRAuvrayts
return. To date he, has not returned.
2. After a visit to Singapore in August and. September 1948 the local police
