The planes proceeded at high altitude and appeared to consist mainly of bombers, with a few fighter planes. During the second half of September, Russian fighter and reconnaissance planes have been flying over Frankfurt/Oder in the daytime and at night,, singly and in small groups of three to five planes. 3.
