1. In anticipation of the complete military defeat of the Rebel Army in the
very near fxture, the KKE Politburo has reportedly decided to shift the
entire blame on General Markos Vafiades. He will also be held responsible
for establishing the Free Greek Governme:it before the proper guarantees of
recognition were obtained. The fact that there was a failure to obtain
effective aid from the "northern neighbors" will also be charged to Markc:s.
