serve as Chairman of the inter-Agency Intelligence Forking Group (I ,'G)
set up with the joint approval of the IAC and the Economic Defense
Advisory Committee to provide coordinated intelligence for econoviic
defense. This latter assignment entails the supervision of the IFG
secretariat. In addition to planning and supervising the Division and
IWG programs, the position requires attendance at high-level interagency
committee meetings concerned with U.S. policy recommendations and program
direction. This position thus carries with it considerable management
responsibility."
Benefit to CIA - "The Advanced Management Program at Harvard would provide
u-aMe .ning for my present assignment. It would also provide
excellent training for future assignments which may be given me as a
career service officer of CIA.
Contribution to the ]program - "The very considerable experience in
governmen service, par ularly the extensive interagency committee
