In accordance with the customer's verbal request of 6 December
1965, is pleased to forward herewith a new price quotation
for the "Modification of the 405A Machine to the 4053 ConfiCuration" and
a copy of letter to you dated 15 March 1965, Ref: 405A-OD-132.
Our new price quotation for this effort is based on having
completed the five (5) 4053 machines is she description of the 25X1A
task is contained in the attached copy of letter 15 March 1965 and the
delivery proposed therein is still valid.
This quotation is valid for sixty (60) days from this date;
based on a firm fixed price contract. All terms and conditions of the
above, in effect, contract remain unchanged and apply.
