REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DCC-80
TIME
#14: This will be a remote viewing session for 25 June 1981.
Mission time is 0900 hours.
This will be a pre-session brief. Okay, I've shown you a
photograph of a U.S. Embassy in some foreign. country. Uh,
what country it is, I don't know, not important. And !also,
photos of six individuals, six persons who are employed, or
at least I'm told, are employed by that Embassy.
#07: Hope I don't have to remember all these faces.
#14: No, just, uh..like I say, they're numbered from one through
six. Just, uh..the number or.whatever will suffice as far
as identifying them. Uh, I want you first to go to the Embassy
and then we'll pick it up from there.
#07: Let me study these photographs for a minute.
0900 #14: All right #07, the time is now 0900 hours. Your mission for
today is to go to the U.S. Embassy in the photo and locate
the six employees at the Embassy. And briefly, very briefly,
describe their surroundings and their activity.
PAUSE
#07: I saw some things relative to number five that indicate that
+02 she..has something to do with-apparently shipping/receiving
supplies or something. Saw something looked like.a supply
room. I didn't see her in there but I..saw the number five
in this place.. Number six had something to do with ...I don't
know, I looked at number six and I saw briefing materials..
photo slides. I saw an office with row of comfortable chairs,
like a reception room..number two... Country girl number three.
PAUSE 't m I see ..a room nothseemoclerical. r I. got oneaone a d, oneoand
no
Doesn't, does
four.-..
PAUSE
I don't know. One..about 33... I keep seeing office machines
of some type. Had the feeling that she was some type of
managerial position..

#07: Number four is a man.... The second or third floor I think..
+10 office by himself... tan colors in the office. I don't know
what his position is.
#14: Okay 07,lulqtltthese l
people threat
pand ask this question. Are any of these people a
to U.S. security?
#07: Give me a few minutes.
#14: Okay, we'll wait.
PAUSE
#07: I've examined each one of.them very carefully. I didn't have
time to get a real personality cut on any of.'em, but...I
picked out three potentials that I wanna go back and examine
again without addressing the others.
#14: Okay.
#07: I didn't feel any, I didn't feel any hostility but..if one of
these three are a threat to security then they feel perfectly
honest and justified in their actions. I didn't feel any
+15 hostility towards the U.S. Those numbers were three, four and
six. I wanna look at them again.......
Number four is careless. I don't think there's any intent
there but..four is a bit careless....
Six, uh, six seems quite intelligent,. philosophical. I don't
understand that but..feelings......
Number three and six still bother me. I think number four is
unduly careless with some people. But there could be some
deception of some kind with three and six. I don't know what
it means, I haven't had time to. dump it out. Try to time
share on each one and I ended up accomplishing nothing.
#t14: At this time I would like you to move forward in time, Forward
in time to 30 September 1981, 30 September 1981.
the Embassy, begin very, very briefly, just briefly describing
the location and activity of these six personnel....
#07: 30 September when?
#14: 1981.....
+20 #07: I see something with a, very vaguely with a..one or two having
something to do with a..crystal and elegance..entertainment,
party type-atmosphere. I couldn't pin it down. I kept seeing
one E-Itwo.... I'll come back to"three later..
Four seems to be traveling.....

#07: Six I.keep seeing some concern about something like a fair,
show..trade show..athletic events or something. It's a...see
a modern, uh..modern, uh, space structures, environmental
+25 structures-covers a lot of space with-like they'.re expecting
big crowds of some kind for some event, like a trade show or
athletics or something like that..number six...
Can't get a handle on number four... I, I think I said I
can't get a handle on number four, I meant number five.
Number four is.traveling. Number three.-some concern about
some kind of package. I can't make it out. Location, had the
distinct feeling that number three was, was not in the embassy,
but was in a building that had a peaked roof. I thought it
was off the beaten pp:th. It wasn't in a housing complex...
Number five seems to be in a room with, uh, shapes above me.
Look like pipes or.duct work or something round, not rectangular...
I got something that I..probably worthless but..I got an over-
+30 view of a very close embrace, a. long kiss between one or two
and somebody. That's not surprising with her age, however.
Why the hell I said that? Keep getting a feeling it's number
two. I examined that. Didn't appear to involve any threat.
Don".t know who the other person was. I don't know, not much.
That's about it.
#14: Okay, one last question. At this time on 30 September 1981,
do you perceive any one of these six individuals with a high
anxiety level or stress level concerning their future or their
career?...
#07: Well, number four was driving very fast. I thought he was
traveling, he...he was moving very fast, I assumed-he was
riding. I wondered where he was going. I still don't know
where he was going, but I... The others seemed rather mundane.
Number six had the feeling of excitement... but not...don't
believe it was threatening. There seemed to be a great urgency
about the actions of number four. Don't know if that represents
a threat or not.. Anxiety on number four. But I cannot say
it's-relative to. retention of a position. Anything else?
I'd like you
#14: No, I have no further questions at this time.
to come back to the present. It's 25 June 1981. Come back
to this room, take a deep breath, stretch your arms, stretch
your legs, and we'll pause now.
#07: Oh, you got the thing on now?
#14: Yeah, we're ready for debrief.
#07: I wanna look at these pictures....(Mumbling).,. Oh, um, one
of my last statements.was about catching one or two in a
embrace. I think I had the strong feeling,.it ended up fI
elt
thought it.was number two. There's no threat there. I there was a high potential but I examined and nothing came
through..

#07: Um, most difficult person to relate to at all was number
three. Uh, just kept getting blanks and just very, very
difficult to work.
#14: Okay, and number three I believe you mentioned, uh, was not
in the embassy at the time.
was the
#07: On the 30th I felt that
package.
concern
one I think I had some, uh,
#14: Right.
#07: And I thought she was at a building, a small building. It had
a A type roof. Uh, and I thought it was fairly isolated as
compared to being in a development with, you know,-house next
to each other, houses next to each other. Uh, had a very
strong impression of the man, that'd be number four. Uh,
very high speed movement in some type of vehicle that I thought
was...I could see out a window and everything was movin' by
very rapidly. Uh, I thought he was in some type of automobile.
Uh, I assumed he was driving, I don't know that.
#14: You also said you had a feeling of urgency about his actions,
high anxiety level.
#07: It was anxiety. The fast movement was part of it. I don't
think he was afraid to move that fast, I just thought that
moving that fast was a result of his anxiety, or..angry,
emotional type.feeling. I came on the scene the 30th with, uh,
either/or one and two being involved with fine crystal and,
uh, the feeling of interface with people. Like a party or
something I thought. And maybe it was a one on one with some-
one, but I had the feeling of a..the excitement of meeting with
several people.
Uh, number six, I didn't see her there, but I saw structures
like, oh, the type of structures they'd put up trade fairs and
when you're having the OJAympics or something like that, strange
modern type, one of a type structures that are built to protect
a lot of people.
#14: Okay. On the 30th you did not see number six at the embassy
itself though. Is that correct or-
#07: No, I iii dri'.t see number six period. I looked for her, and this
was the imagery I.got. I assume she was either highly concerned
with this-this event, or she was there. And I have no idea
which.
I don't think I picked up on number five at all, did.I?
#14: You mentioned at first you.couldn't get a real handle on her,
and then the only thing you mentioned after that was that she
was in some type of room with pipes.

#07: Oh, yeah, that was nothing, very neutral. I don't know
what she was doin' there. I had no strong emotional feeling
about her presence there.. The other that had any emotion to
it all was,on the 30th,.was number four.. Oh,.in the initial
set I had some concern about number three, number four and
number six. I think I mentioned that.
#14: Three, four, and six, right.
#07: Yeah. Right now I don't think I can remember what the concern
was. It was a feeling-when I was tryin' to relate to them.
Was there anything else?
#14: No, that pretty well takes care of it.
#07: Okay.
#14: Okay, endsof session.
