TRANSCRIPT SUMMARY
REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DCC-61
1. (S/NOFORN) Source #07 provided the following information regarding
the vicinity of UTM coordinates at 1600 hours on
27 May 1981 at the target location. SG1A
a. Several masonry buildings were observed, one of which had
6 to 8 masonry steps leading to a broad platform type porch. This porch
area had columns attached to the building. To the left of the porch on
the left side of the building was a long overhang. To the rear (opposite
from porch area) either a "wing" or a separate building protruded to the
left.
b. To the right and rear of the building are rugged hills or cliffs.
To the right of the building is another smaller building.
c. Inside the main door of the masonry building (the end away from
the hills) is a large entry hall or big room having a guard standing at
attention and a desk nearby which resembled a "desk watch" during quiet hours.
The building houses"high ranking people" concerned with an area which could be
intelligence or something similar.
d. The highest ranking or most important individual in the building was
located to the right and deeper into the building at a place having another
open foyer area and guard. The heavy "pomp" and protection surrounding this
person made it appear he was a general officer.
2. (S/NOFORN) At the time of observation this "general officer" was located
elsewhere. Further data is as follows:
a. The "general officer" was described as being 5'9" to 5' 10" in
height. 160 lbs in weight, having dark hair and a roundish face, and being
cleanshaven.
b. The "general officer" was located with another undescribed person
in the back seat of a shiny black car having a chauffeur which was (at the
time) moving through city traffic. The two persons were unperturbed, as
though they were used to the horns and noises of such traffic.
c. The "general officer" was not in uniform as would be expected. He
was observed "pouring over" some sort of charts or maps having a large round
symbol with dadiating lines (sketch #2) believed to designate a geographic
area with a road network like divided highway(s).,.Source #07 believed that
the circle/lines represented the highest place "that the general officer"
could go in his chain (of command "The buck stops here,"so to speak.

Also, the circle represented the seat of political power, and the "general
officer" had anxiety about the place thusly designated.
d. When observed in the car, the "general officer" was believed to
be traveling enroute to a big meeting, and that that fact was important to
him. Also, the source believed that the "general officer" was concerned
with troops having a symbol association with a feline.type carnivorous animal
such as a lion or tiger. The source's feeling was that the "general officer"
had either just received tremendous power, or had a potential to achieve
tremendous power and notariety. There existed a perceived threat, and ho,-!had
been given the authority to deal with it.
3. (S/NOFORN) Source #07 provided the following information regarding the
"general officer's" future activities/plans up to Fall 1981.
a. His plan of action "doesn't come off." It might have, but in his
eagerness he"showed his hand," making him feel vulnerable in relation to a
couple of powerful people who otherwise would have been neutral. As a result,
the whole thing will be just delayed, but he will not know for how long. He
will feel he lost some ground politically. The terms 1D or ID will be
important to him. This situation will occur because something beyond his
control will sour and the overall effort will "peter out."
