TRANSCRIPT SUMMARY
REMOTE VIEWING (RU) SESSION DC-68
SG1A
1. (S/NOFORN) Source #07 reported the following information regarding
the vicinity of geographic coordinates as obser-
ved at 230900 hours (EST) January 1981.
a. (S/NOFORN) A building complex with a row of towers or smoke-
stacks. A city is in the vicinity of the target. This city has buildings
described as being more.old than modern (style), and as being English or
German in style. The target is on the outskirts of this town.
b. (S/NOFORN) At the target were observed two towers connected by a
wire or cable, and a parabolic dish shape (see sketch #5).
SG1A
2. (S/NOFORN) Source #07 reported the following information regarding
the vicinity of geographic coordinates is obser-
ved at 300900 hours (EST) January 1981.
a. (S/NOFORN) A fence was observed located near the two towers
which had been observed on 23 January 1981 (see sketch #5). Two aircraft
of different types were observed (sketches #1 and #2) standing on an
apron type area. Aircraft #2 was described as being white, large, not
a "fighter", but not a commercial jet, and as having a "high" wing.
Aircraft #1 was described as having blue'stripes and insignia on its
fuselage/empennage (see sketch #2), and as being more of a passenger
aircraft shape.
b. (S/NOFORN) Source also observed six jet aircraft moving in the
area as though they were moving to parking areas (sketch #4). Source
described the arrival of these six aircraft as appearing like "weekend
warriors", sort of a disorganized movement in a (apparently) unfamiliar
place. Source described the purpose of the activity of these military,
attack bomber sized aircraft as being that of a charade or misinformation
function, although the pilot(s) and crew(men) believed their actions/
activity to be just (normal) training activity. Source described the
(apparent arrival) of these six smaller and darker aircraft as being
associated with blowing grit, screaming jets, and also observed bunkers
of an unknown number in the vicinity of their taxiing activity.
c. (S/NOFORN) Also on 30 January 1981, source observed a group
of people moving slowly, as though in a processional, in the vicinity
of the fence, two towers, and parabolic dish. Source did not further
describe this activity.
d. (S/NOFORN) Source also observed, on 30 January 1981, long tubular
shapes like those shown on sketch 3, and a large round bomb shape with
four stabilizer fins on it's rear end reminiscent of the large bomb of
early atomic type known as "Fat Boy."

REMOTE VIEWING (RV) SESSION DC-68
1. (S/NOFORN) Prior to the session, the interviewer was provided
the following information for targeting of #07:
a. (S/NOFORN) A sealed brown manila envelope. The interviewer
was informed that inside the envelope was a set of geographic coordinates
written on an otherwise blank sheet of paper. The interviewer was not
informed of the actual coordinates.
b. (S/NOFORN) The interviewer was advised that a general geographic
description of the target on 23 January 1981 and 30 January 1981 was
desired, with particular attention to the activity at the target site.
2. (S/NOFORN) Prior to the session, the interviewer advised the remote
viewer that (#07's) target was represented by the geographic coordinates
contained within the sealed envelope. At no time was the remote viewer
made consciously aware of the actual coordinates.
3. (S/NOFORN) In-session targeting: During the session, the Control
Analyst provided the following guidance/direction
the approximate times indicated:

b.
+24 min:
"Have (#07) move in the direction of the plane."
