(S) 1. (U) The following information applies: a. (S) When the source was questioned about the description for the subjects present location, the following information was provided to describe the building which can be found there: (1) (S) Short cement steps.with a railing at the entrance from the sidewalk. (2) (S) The building is part of numerous two story buildings all con- nected or joined together. (3) (S) There is a streetlight directly to the right when facing the building entrance. (4) (S) All of the buildings have flat roofs. (5) (S) It (location of subject) is an apartment type of building. (6) (S) Subject is standing near a window on the second floor to the left of the entrance steps (as seen facing the building). (7) (S) Subject stated that there did not appear to be anything fancy about the entrance to the building, there are cement steps to the sidewalk and sidewalk to the street for most of the buildings to include the ones on the otherside of the street. (8) (S) There are some trees on the sidewalk. (9) (S) The street appeared to be very quiet, with intermitent traffic on the street, 2 or 3 cars every couple of minutes, but nothing heavy in the way of traffic. A very european flavor to the street. b. (S) The source was then asked to describe the inside of the apartment and the following represents information provided: (1) (S) Very simple layout, a bedroom, small kitchen with a living room. (2) (S) The general appearance of the the interior of the apartment was described by the source as being very clean and neat. Approved For Release 200 - 7 U1bAME (3) (5) Source reported that the Subject was eating breakfast when first observed, at a small table in the kitchen next to the sink. (4) (S) There was a bottle of milk (source specified bottle vs. carton) glass and cereal on the table. (5) (S) Subject was reported as wearing a light pullover sweater of a light color. c. (S) The Source was then asked to describe the city location of the Subject, at which time he provided the following information: (1) (S) The entire street is mostly red brick buildings. (2) (S) Looks like a suburb in a large city like New York. (3) (S) Its a one way street. (4) (S) All of the houses on the street are joined to one another. d. (5) The Source was then asked to describe any cars or vehicles which he might have noticed within the location area: (1) (S) A Green Car was reported, specific make or model unknown. (2) (S) A Black car was reported, and Source stated that it appeared to be an American automobile. e. (S) Source then provided a description of another man whom the Subject was going to meet with at a later time and date (unspecified). He stated that the Subject would later meet with a male, in late 50's, almost bald, parts hair on left side and sweeps hair from left to right, wears hair longer to cover the bladness. Source stated that this male has a fair build. The time and date of projected meeting with the Subject could not be obtained. f. (S) When asked to describe other identifiable buildings, structures, etc., within the vicinity of the Subject location, the Source provided the following statements: (1) (S) There is a large cement building with high columns and a tall spire type appendage, but not a church in the area. This structure is clean and white and appears to be recently built. Source described it as being much larger than a normal hotel, with many different areas within; e.g., a shpping area, etc. (2) (S) Source reported a harbor area to the left of the above building. (3) (S) Source reported a small eliptical plaque on top of the entrance door to the building. It was described as black with gold letters. No spec- ific wording was reported by the source. (4) (S) Source stated that other signs were visible on other doors but they were described as being small, with blue backgrounds and white lettering. (5) (S) The street directly in front of the large white building was de- termi ed to lead to a small circle like hub of a wheel (intersection). (6) (S) There is a park like.area not too far away from this location, which is circled with a large black.fence. There is a brook running through the park area. The fence is constructed of metal, and can be found approx- imately two city blocks to the right of the large white building. (7) (S) Source reported trolly cars in the area. They are described as obtaining their power from overhead electrical wires. (8) (S) Source reported seeing a city sign, which had a word (sounded phonetically like) "ANKERDEN". This sign is described as blue, large, and giving direction to a city. Source states that this sign was seen when leaving the city in which the Subject was originally located in. Source also stated that this is the name of the city to which the Subject was travel- ing. The sign is described as a typical european sign. When asked for an approximate english translation of the information on the sign, the Source stated that it reads something like "DANSBURG", giving a city location approx- imately being 7 to 8 kilometers from the point of departure at the original city location. g. (S) When asked to provide the probable area (country) location, the Source responded with the following information: (1) (S) Looks like a city layout of Rotterdamn, the city disposition is quite similar. (2) (S) When asked if he was stating that this is Rotterdamn, the Source stated that it was not, that it just looked like Rotterdamn. (3) (S) Source described the city has having a very european flavor to it. (4) (S) Local area signs were described as being very european in style and type. (5) (S) Source stated that he believed the city to be either DEN HAGUE, or AMSTERDAM. h. (S) The Source was then asked to give the Nationality of the Subject. His response was as follows: He stated that he could only tell from the Sub- jects' appearance, that he was probably Dutch or Norweigean. At least from that part of the world. i. (S) The Source had the following. additional comments to make pertinent to the Subject: (1) (S) At (0905 hrs/29 May 1980 Washington Time) the Subject was in an automobile traveling to a neighboring city. (2) (S) There were street vendors (like flower vendors) along the road along which he was traveling. (3) (S) The Subject is reported as being involved with an inport or export business, but described as not being much of a big shot in the company. (5) (S) There are many european types of vehicles in the area, like tandem trucks. (6) (S) The sign which he thought had the word "ANKERDEN" on it, may have also had "...ERK..." With double dots (..) over the "E". 2. (S) The following is a list of the attached drawings: (1) (S) Drawing number one: Represents an exterior view of the Subjects place of residence. (2) (S) Drawing number two: Represents the large white building with the spire. (3) (S) Drawing number three: Represents a generalized city layout. (4) (S) Drawing number four: Represents the small circle intersection described. (5) (S) Drawing number five: Represents the interior of the residence (apartment). (6) (S) Drawing number six: Represents the city advisory sign described as Subject was leaving the city (place of residence). 3. (S) Request the above information once evaluated be returned with comments to this office (ATTN: IAFM-OPS-HU-SA). Comments should be in writing. This will permit a full evaluation of the source of information by this office, as pertains to intelligence value. The above information pertains to approximately 0800 - 0930 hours, 29 May 1980. Since the above represents the salient points provided by the Source, and as such has not been subjected to any intermediate analysis evaluation or collation. (S) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in compliance with a request for information on a target of interest to USI. The purpose of this session was to locate the individual in the attached photograph and determine his nationality. 2. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document, Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Viewing Protocol (5), undated. 3. (S) At TAB A is a summary of the data presented by the remote viewer during the session. A complete transcript of the session is available upon request. At TAB B are drawings made by the remote viewer reference his impressions of the target site. At TAB C is target cuing information provided the remote viewer. 4. (S) The summary at TAB A represents the salient points provided by the remote viewer and as such has not been subjected to any intermediate analysis evaluation or collation.
