REMOTE VIEWING (RU) SESSION CCC-28
1. (S) This report documents a remote viewing session conducted in
compliance with a request for information on a target of interest.
Z. (S) This session represents this viewer's first attempt at this
particular target area. The .viewer was able to attain his usual state
of relaxed concentration. Ambient room noise was loud andperiodic,
but did not appear to disturb the viewer. The viewer expressed confidence
in his imagery.
3. (S) The protocol used for this session is detailed in the document
Grill Flame Protocol, AMSAA Applied Remote Uiewing Protocol (S), undated.
4. (S) Following is a transcript of the viewer's impressions during the
remote viewing session. At TAB A are drawings made by the viewer reference
his impressions of the target site.

428: This will be a remote viewing session for 0900 hours,
19 March 1980.
Relax. and concentrate-now. Relax and focus your
attention on the target for today. Focus your
attention on the area designated:

Relax,. relax and concentrate and describe the target
to me.
+03 ~~01: See a, see a, sort of a quilt, quilt work of roads
intercepting roads.- I had a quick impression of a
something that looks alot like a conveyor belt.
There's water...I feel to my southwest. I'm facing
north. There's water to my southwest. I feel like
I kind's zoomed in on this target area. I came over
a very low rangy kind of looking green hills coming
in from the east, southeast, and broke out over a
pattern of streets.
~F'28: Describe your position of observation.
~~01: I stopped centered over the pattern of street.
Appears to be a, .some kind of a large city.- It's
probably 100....125,000 people. Maybe a little-bit
larger. It's an industrial city. Most of the
buildings are light color. Tan or white. Very light
color. Uery bright- color. I got a strong feeling of
very, very intense sunlight. Uh...looking just a
bit north .of where I'm at I see a cluster of stacks

Like 3, 3 exhaust stacks together.: A smaller one
to the left. That's maybe 1 kilometer to my north.
Moving to the right about 45 degrees I. see non-
+07 military vehicle park. It's like a civilian vehicle
park of some sort, because I see slot of large
trucks, construction types of trucks. Also i'.m._a
little closer about 60 degrees Aorta-mount (phonetic)
to my right. There's an old church. It looks like
a church like the Alamo:, Has the same characteristics.
There's a whole industrial complex at about 100 and
30 degrees and 3/4 kilometer-out behind me to my
right.....some-.kind of a, some kind of a manufacturing
plant. I sense there's metal riveting going on there.
It's a light metal. It's-like aluminum. Due south
there's water.. ...about. 100 and....about 210 degrees
there's a very, very long....I want to say T but it's
more like an H shape sitting on a post. No it's not
a post. It's just a, it's apparent. It's like, it's
like an H with a center bar coming out of it, and I
don't know what it is, but it's, I think it's made
of concrete, but it's, it's apparent. There's a set
+10 of railroad tracks coming out of the end, and then
about..uh..270 degrees to my left there's a railroad
.....uh....there's a bunch of railroad tracks. Maybe
a junction yard of some sort, 'cause they're all
lined up together.
The only, the ..only military that I sense is on the
edge of the water about 200 degrees. Some kind of
a Naval yard and also at about..uh..330 degrees, there's
a compound that appears to be some kind of military
compound. It has....uh....uh.....maybe 12 barracks
types buildings: What looks like a motor pool area
-with 6 buildings,-two. of which are long shed type
structures, and a parade, like a parade square with
modified C shaped building at the end of it. There's
bunkers there as well, but I can't tell how many.
There's..uh...I don't know how I'm going to say it.
There's-some kind of man-made or man-modified
underground type thing on the edge of the water.
I think it's man-made, but it's done in a way. that
it's not visible. It's .underground type thing.
Perhaps 60 feet in height.. It's sort of like an
extension of a cliff line, or something. Sits right
on the edge of the water. There's some kind of
camoufalged things along the..uh..some kind of

positions maybe gun inplacements, or ...something
camouflaged along the upper edge. That's about
really all I can tell .you.
~~28: What is your position of observation at this time?
~~01: Same place.
~~28: What is directly beneath you?
+15 ~k01: Directly beneath me. I want to say a hospital, for
some reason. It's like a large block type building
and it's...I think it's a hospital. I don't know
what kind. It's a hospital.
428: Tell me what makes you say it's a hospital.
~~01: I see....everybody's in white....and...uh...I get
a...like a sense....I don't-know how to say it...
I don't smell it, but I sense I smell it, and I
just sense-that it's what a hospital would smell
like......sort of a scrub smell. I just have a
feeling that it's like a recovery area, or something.
There's other feelings for it, but I don't know how
to describe 'em.
~~28: All right. Move to the area you were describing
on the water.
~k28: The.....and describe your-scene at the present.
~~01: I just see a..uh..like a cliff type outline. It's
right facing curve. There's a very distinct edge.
of man-made object....concrete, or. something, that
.kind of fades back in the rock. Its hard to tell
if the rock's natural. It looks-funny the way it's
exposed. It-just looks funny. Like it's not a
natural occurrence.
~~28: At this time focus-your attention solely on .this area
and explore this section without reporting.

~~01: There's, there's like a...I see 3 circle. patterns.
They're-all underground. Two appear to be 1000 meters
in under this cliff like area, and it's sort. of to the
left, and for some reason I sense there are buried
storage tanks...like fule storage tanks. The third
circle has a....it's different....it's like it's got
water in it and there's like a connecting leg that
comes off that goes out through the concrete structure
....and.....uh....I tried to go off this leg and I
got an impression of like a mesh...like a grid mesh.....
and then the..uh..uh..some kind of..uh..very light
type of a boat of some sort...and..uh..I feel like
to same degree there's still construction going. on in
here. -This is connected in some way to a large..uh..
warehouse which is perpendicular to a covered dry-dock
-type affair off to the right. But I've had a little
trouble in seeing that connection. I see 3 separate
sections of railroad tracks, but I'm also having
difficulty i.n putting those.3 sections together. I
know it's railroad track, though, 'cause I get an
impression. of, I get an impression of grooves...like
set in concrete track.. I don't..uh..having a hard
time with the inside. of this..uh..thing 'cause I feel
like all the lights. are off, for some reason. I don't,
I don't understand that. Uh....I get like an impression
it's..uh..it's either not required not to have lights
or it's just dark, or something. I don't know.
The only other-thing I see is......just mostly...uh...
general bulk type cargo that's sitting around. That's
all I'm getting.
~'~28: Ok. You say you feel that this area is under construction.
did I understand you correctly?
~k01: Partially under construction. I don't know if it's
being finished or just starting on it. But, relatively
little construction, but it's still got some construction
going. on.
~~28: All right.Position yourself in this area so that you may
observe that you have-found and tell me when you're
ready.

~~28: All right.. Now move. through time holding. your
position, move thraugh time to a significant
.event. Watch time go by and stop when you have a
significant event to report.
~~Ol: See a whole lot of things happening, but I don't
~~28: Just keep watching.
~~Ol: I don't see any events. I see supplies going in
and out like across the ramp of some-kind.
I just see a steady flow of supplies going in and
-out.
PAUSE
That's all I see.

~k01: That's all I see is,.......
~~2f3: AlT right. How far in-time did you explore?
~,~Ol: Perhaps a year. I don't know. It's hard to tell.
~~28: Ask yourself.to what-were these. supplies being
provided.
~~01: Just.....I get a.....like a just a-black wall
type thing with a ramp going over it, and..uh..
I see things is being taken back and forth over the
ramp with people all that are mixed.
That's all I get. There doesn't seem to be any
significant event.
~~28: Ok. Where does this ramp go?

~~Ol: Around some. rock, and to like a warehouse area.
4'28: And, where are the supplies coming from?
401: I don't know. It's..uh..seems to be coming and
going., but-clot of it seems to be coming down
the ramp and going-into-the warehouse.
428: Ok. I have no further questions about .the target
-area. Remembering all of your perceptions about
this particular area, is there anything that you'd
like to add?
#O1: No. That's it.
428: -All right. Fine. Let's-draw those perceptions
that you had.
401: Ok. My first impression after coming out of these
clouds-and hanging a lef t over green hills, as I
came over this patchwork of roads which appeared to
be layed out in a-very, you know, geometric pattern,
north to south and east to west. I gat an impression
that it was a city, and..uh..so on page 1, I'll just
kind of draw in a patchwork, and I got an impression
that there was a right-handed curve that went like
this. My position will be right where the star is.
About right here, and the distance on this page, from
top to bottom would be about, I would say roughly
3 kilometers,-and from-left to right would be..uh..
roughly 5 kilometers, and the city was probably around
125,000 people.....give or take 20,-000_.
I don't remember what I saw Looking due north...let's
see if I can do it this way....looking to my left side,
and d-own I saw some railroad. tracks,-like a pattern
of railroad tracks, and they sort of came in like
this. Like a rail yard of some sort. Over here on
the right side.....we11 right about in here was a
church, and back up around here was like a..uh..
truck-park area. I don't know if this was part of a
.....you know I got a very industrial feeling about
this town. I don't know if this is part of a-truck
manufacturing place where they park all the new trucks
out in this big area,....it was a big truck park...but
they were clearly...they...well they didn't appear

to be military in nature. They appeared to be
civilian type trucks; I might be wrong about that,
but I just got a civilian truck feeling. Down here,
was a......was a manufacturing plant area. I believe
it was down in here, and...I'll draw a little something
I saw down in there...uh....over here, about right
here, I got-this pattern, like an H fastened to a bar
and there appeared to be a road-going this. way, a
road going that way, and then I-got a....over here is
where I got the impression of something built....these
cliffs, and -this was..uh..like, I'll call it...for lack
of anything else to call it, I'll call it shipyard type
facility. Over in this area, where the Xs are there's
something camoufalged on the side of like hill, hill,
cliff type area. Directly. under me, maybe a shade to
the-left, I got a feeling there was a hospital.
Put a red cross on that.
My upper left I got a sensation of a military unit.
Which I'll draw. I have very basically: is what I saw,
as far as layout.
~~07: This curvy line you have here, is that a separation
or what? I don't understand.. What does that
represent? This line here.
~~01: Oh, this line. That represents coastline. I guess.
I got a sensation that this was water.
~~07: Oh, pk.
~~01: Here, I'll put the water in blue. Seems there was
something to my immediate north, and I-can't remember
what it was, but it's on the tape. I'm sure. Oh!
I know what it was. It was a cluster of stacks. It
was like three stacks close together and then a
smaller one.
~~07: Small one to the left. Yes.
401: Yeah. Now, on page 2. The manufacturing plant, I
got an impression of something that looked like- this.
Let's see if I can render it. right here. Like double
overlapping plates and there was this pattern of
like rivets, you know. Like a-whole bunch of rivets.
Only it was like a real light aluminum, of some. sort.
And these rivets-were all in here, like this, and
this was like light aluminum. Maybe, not aluminum,
but it was a light shinny metal, and it was this

mass of rivets in here, and that's. what was going
on in this plant. Uh...that's the only impression
l had, and to tell you the truth, I didn't look at
the plant very carefully. I just got this impression
of, you know, like....uh.....
~~07: .Did you have a feeling for direction in drawing
number 1? I don't- see.....
~k01: Oh! I'm sorry. I'll-put you in north there, on
there, that being..uh..true north, ok. Magnetic
north would be that way, a little. I'm sorry.
Usng~the:_wr-ong symbol. That's magnetic north.
Uh...I got a real. clear impression of this church,
steep]e like thing, and it was a dome and a cross.
I got one of these. -The old Alamo type things.
Uh...that-sort of thing That's the kind of church
I saw,-you know. With the brick wall around it.
I felt .like-that was where I put it on the map, that
might help...
~k07: Would you: mind labeling that C A and-that one over
there A so we'd know the posi ion we're looking at?
~~01: Ok. -Label .the church A on page 1, and this is the
church A on page 3. I'll label the metal, the riveted
metal as B and put it in the manufacturing B on page 1.
I'll save the shipyard facility for last. Military
unit to the northwest I had an impression of looking
at it kind of obliquely...see if I can render these
right here....had a.d'istinct pattern. for the layout...,.
that popped in my mind. These were-like. barracks.
We'll call it a modified C shaped building. Like
this, and this was like a parade ground. This being
like a headquarters type building. There was..uh..
2, 2 long sheds like back here. Large buildings.
This was all in one big compound. Back over here
were bunkers. I couldn't tell how many. Just got a
feeling there were bunkers back here.
~~07: Would you annotate that to drawing 1?
~'~Ol: Yeah. This is C. On,drawing 1, let's see......
then the shipyard facility I got this........
this kind of impression. This being..uh..water
and this being hill, and it was like face of cliffs
that went around here. Like this. Back over here
was. like a large warehouse type building. Like that.

Then I went inside this thing.......
~k07: That an elevated drawing or is that looking down
on top of it?
4~'O1: That's an elevated drawing. See.
~~07: Ok. I was looking at it upside down, I couldn't
make it out.
~~01: Page 6. Going inside of it...I went inside of it
-and I got impressions rather hard to describe.
I gat, I got an impression that there was like...
looking down now, 2 circles and then a 3d circle,
and that this representing a hill with a cliff face,
and this being the concrete portion and the water..
now this isn't looking down, ok.. That sort of
impression-that all of these were connected and
-these were water.....that these 2 were connected,
and these other were fuel, and that..uh..and that.
all of these things are completely under this hill,
ok. I was trying to go inside here, and I got
an impression like the hill fades away, and what
I'm seeing are circular underground fuel storage
things. Also another ciruclar thing connected to
like an arm-type thing...all full of water...lead
out through like overhang and that the warehouse is
also partially underground, but how much of it is,
I don't know.
It may be that that's just a hill overhang over the
warehouse too. But, I'm not sure. Then I got a
feeling......page 7......yau had asked me something
about going forward in time and looking-for significant
event, and I got a feeling that there was a black wall
here. That I was....this is my view now.......,,:
.that there was a, a ramp like thing going down and
that there-was a wall here, and that there was a rough
rock. I don't. know how to do all this. And there was
a...like a rock here, and this went around a rock
and that the supplies were moving back and forth on
this ramp and going around. this rock to the warehouse.
Thies was..uh..all water here. You know. Like they're
passing through there-with these supplies. There
appeared to be more coming in than going out, sometimes
but then there appeared to be some going out rather
-than in. I don't ...................................

I also had an irnpression...page $...of when I
tried to go up the tunnel part I gat an impression
of looking through......like a....like being up
real close to a fence and looking through this
large scale mesh. What I was looking at was a very
high transom boat that was sitting very high in the
water. By high in the water I mean that it actually
looked like......it looked like, you know,. by the
way it was bobbing in the water there, it was a very
-light-boat, but. it was hige; not hige, huge, but
60 feet, anyway. That's all I got, was the picture
of this-transom, and it was like a modified deep V, and
it was bobbing in the water. It looked to be very,
very- light.

No, no.
Just looking through a mesh at the transom.

Just a transom.....ok. It's behind the mesh.

Yeah. This being water..
~~07:
Ok.
Ahhh......
~~Ol:
And
but
Ok.
I'll say-that this is a boat transom. 60-foot,
very light. For some reason,. that's important.
~~07: Now, exactly where was~this mesh located?
~~Ol: I don't know.. It was somewhere right in front of
my...vision. I tried to go up this tunnel and it was
like I came up to wire screen and I pressed my face
all the. way up against the screen and it made the holes
large.
~~07: So this mesh is somewhere in this thing called an arm
in the circle up in-there somewhere?
~~01: I would say so. Because, I conscously tried to in
this way and then I got this-wire mesh. I might have
been inside somewhere looking through a fence. I don't
know. I might not have even been inside and looking
through a mesh. But .I consciously tried to go inside
and it was like.I ran my face up against .this screen
and looked at the back of this boat, transom.
~~07: So you think in drawing number S is somewhere up along
this area here?

~k01: I would say this. That's where I was trying
consciously to go. Overall .view, then I was
trying to get an overall view of this. area.
Page 9. The overall view was roughly this.
This being the concrete thing here. Uh.........
the cliffs and the hill. I got this..uh..warehouse
here and then I got like a.....large brown type
building with....what do you call them......you
-know the, this boat sleeves.
407: Boat sleeves!
~~01: I don't know what you call them. I'm calling them
boat sleeves. Something you-can park a boat in.
~~07: Boat slips.
~~Ol: Well, whatever. This kind of thing inside. So
I called it .....analytically called it a dry dock
thing.
~~07: Oh! You-mean something the boat rests on top of.
~~Ol: I got like a feeling that there was-like cargo over
here and I got the feeling like there was a...some-
where or another this is connected...these being
railroad tracks. But, I don't know how they're
connected there. These lines with the slashes are
railroad: tracks. Then there was an...also got a
feeling of construction, and the construction that
I was sensing was inside the hill, and it didn't
seem to be heavy construction; it seemed to be light
construction. Like, you .know, well let's put in an
office or something. That kind of construction here.
This being the.....that sort of thing. I guess that's
about it.
~~07: So the construction you mentioned is located in the
vicinity of the X on page 9. Drawing nwmber 9.
~~01: Right, right. We'll make it an asterisk so-it's
easier to see. Somewhere in that vicinity.
~~07: I have no questions this time. I'll want to talk
about this more some other time, but not right now.
~~Ol: That's all.
