SUBJECT: Summary of Session CC81, Conducted at 1400 hrs, 04 February

1. (S) The target for this session was
SG1A The coordinates were provided to both fac-
ilitator and viewer at the beginning of the session. In addition the fac-
ilitator was directed to wide the viewer in ascertaining what the most
predominant activity was within the target area. Both viewer and facilitator
were aware, of which analyst, had assigned the target and that the target per-
tained to either project 8002 or 8006. Both viewer and facilitator know
SG1A quite generally that project 8002 but neither SG1 B
had access to any other details pertinent to the above target.
2. (S) The following information was provided by the viewer concerning
the proximity of the target coordinates:
a. (S) Viewer reported his location as being in a "plain... basin...
valley..." with a "mountain range...very rugged."
b. (S) Viewer had an extremely difficult time of it. Most of what he
reported as being on target was determined prior to being read the coordinates.
While there appears to be very little target correlation, the following was
never-the-less reported:
(1) (S) "Tall building...or a town...big clock type tower.-massive
tower type thing... smooth, white concrete construction...rochet or ...test-
ing stand...rocket or missile test stand."
(2) (S) A "track" vehicle.
(3) (S) A 'herd of elephants or ... buffalo."''
3. (S) The above comments were reviewed for accuracy by Mr. John Armstrong
(ITAC Estimates Division, Building #213). Mr. Armstrong stated that outside
of a very general description of the local terrain features provided by the
viewer, there was apparently no other target correlation.

4. (S) Target assessment for intelligence value is (0) zero. Target
details are assessed as (0) zero. Overall target rating is (0) zero.
(NOTE: Correct terrain feature were provided in that viewer was in
rugged mountainous area, verses over water ur in a desert region; so
although this information was not of value, it was assessed as correct.)
