ALSO INCLUDED IN THIS REPORT ARE PREVIOUSLY REPORTED NON-COMOR TARGETS REFLECTING SIGNIFICANT CHANGE, TARGETS WITH SIGNIFICANT ORDER OF BATTLE (OB) INFORMATION,'AND TARGETS WHICH ARE EITHER NEWLY IDENTIFIED OR KNOWN BUT REPORTED FOR THE FIRST TIME BY NPIC. A PROBABLE AIR-TO- SURFACE MISSILE EXERCISE AND BLINDER AIRCRAFT AND AIR-TO-SURFACE MISSILES ARE IDENTIFIED FOR THE FIRST TIME AT KOSHKA-YAVR AIRFIELD. 3. A NEW TYPE .AGM, APPROXIMATELY 510 FT LONG,. IS OBSERVED AT THE FITTING-OUT:QUAY OFTHE LENINGRAD SHIPYARD BALTIYSK ORDZH 189. THIS VESSEL IS CHARACTERIZED BY:TWO VERY.LARGE'RADOMES, APPROXIMATELY 65 FT IN DIAMETER, A SMALLER RADOME, 25 FT IN DIAMETER, AND 2 PROBABLE. VEE CONE HF TELEMETRY ANTENNAS. IN THE FUELING AREA ARE 8 PROBABLE FUEL TRANSPORTERS PARKED ON THE APRON JUST SOUTH OF THE 6 FUEL STORAGE TANKS. A SEVENTH STORAGE TANK/TRANSPORTER IS POSITIONED ON THE SIDE OF THE APRON. IN THE OXIDIZER AREA ARE 3 POSSIBLE OXIDIZER TRANSPORTERS PARKED ON THE APRON AND 2 OXIDIZER STORAGE TANKS POSITIONED ON EACH SIDE OF THE APRON. NUMEROUS VEHICLES/PIECES OF EQUIPMENT ARE OBSERVED A PROBABLE ERECTOR AND 2 UNIDENTIFIED VEHICLES ARE POSITIONED ON THE NORTHERNMOST LAUNCH PAD AND.AN, UNIDENTIFIED VEHICLE IS OBSERVED ON THE ACCESS ROAD ENTERING THE LAUNCH PAD. ON THE ADJACENT PAD TO THE SOUTH, A MISSILE ERECTOR HAS BEEN MOVED TO ONE SIDE OF THE LAUNCH PAD AND NUMEROUS PIECES OF EQUIPMENT ARE VISIBLE IN VARIOUS POSITIONS AROUND THE PAD. AN OBJECT IN THE MIDDLE OF.THE PAD CANNOT BE IDENTIFIED DUE TO LACK OF STEREO COVERAGE. AN ERECTOR AND SEVERAL UNIDENTIFIED PIECES OF EQUIPMENT ARE POSITIONED ON THE SOUTHERNMOST PAD. ON THE ADJACENT PAD TO THE NORTH9 AN ERECTOR AND 5 PIECES OF EQUIPMENT ARE VISIBLE. EIGHT FUEL TRANSPORTER-TYPE VEHICLES ARE ON THE APRON WHICH ADJOINS 6 HORIZONTAL FUEL STORAGE TANKS IN THE FUEL STORAGE AREA. TO THE SOUTH ARE 4 POSSIBLE OXIDIZER TRANSPORTERS PARKED ON AN APRON BETWEEN 2 OXIDIZER STORAGE TANKS ON EACH SIDE OF-THE APRON.
