It is our Purpose to say that to all the people of the world
who love peace and freedom, the United States is the greatest and
most powerful ally.
The Ammerican. ? erunu has shown great inteerse
Tibetan affairs and has given help berth personal and impersonal. In
doing this and by continuing to send us advice and Information, I
wish to thank you very much for all that you have given to us.
I now wish to say for one purpose that the essential desire
of all Tibetan people, ceatral, north, south, east, west, Via,
all having the same language, religion, and beliefs, and
all together want independence of Tibet.
In the world generally. and particularly in South East Asia,
it is very important to have peace. Your support is even more
important now than it was before. Please confer and plan whatever
strategy is necessary in regard to giving Tibetans independence.
Please present this plan at "me time in the future when the dis-
ises at the United Nations about recognition of Co aiat
China. Eventually we will tell you what will be the necessary things
