(S/NF) Thank you for your time and cooperation in helping us reconstruct the Pat Price data
base. We are interested in providing an in-depth evaluation of the Price data, and your
contribution to this effort has already proven invaluable.
(S/NF) In the course of our meeting on 12 June 1986, you mentioned several documents that
would be useful to us. Specifically, these included:
? the original memo (written by you) outlining the protocols that
were used in the PNUTS experiment
? the document provided by the NPIC analyst assessing the
accuracy (using a 3 point scale) of Price's data on PNUTS
? a similar analysis document written by
Alamos

? the code word level critique authored by
Virginia site
? an analysis of
out on a double blind basis; any audio tapes pertaining to these
experiments
? any assessments of experiments in which feedback was not
provided to Price
? any other original data and/or analyses that you consider to be
useful to our mission.
(S/NF) At your earliest convenience, we would appreciate your sending us the titles of as many
of these documents as possible, so that DIA can request them from your organization (or other
organizations where applicable). Also, we hope that you can provide us the name and address to
which the DIA request should be sent.
(S/NF) If it is possible, we would like to have a follow-up meeting with you on the Price data,
after we have had the opportunity to examine some of this additional documentation and to
formulate new lines of inquiry. At that time, or at a later date, we would also like to brief you
