b. The OTR Weekly of 19 September reported that the next scheduled
COS Seminar
ight have to be canceled for lack of student.. Fortunately,
the CS cam* up with 10 participants and the course Will be held as
scheduled from 7-18 October. The DDP/TRO feels this enrollment is
sufficient to justify proceeding with the course von though there is a
heavy use of high-level guest speakers.
c. ADP Orientation continues to be heavily ove.subscrih.d. Most
of those who could not be accommodated for the 1-3 October running
have been rescheduled for November, thus bringing that course to its

for five officers of the 11.27th USAF Special Activi-
ties Group. The students, obviously carefufly lected for this program
were a cut or two above most military Intelligence people, in the opinion of
the chief instructor. It seems clear the Agency gains substantially from
this type of training which we have been doing, with the approval of the DDP,
