This was decided by the Japanese Government last week, and its "counter-de- mand" will list such as the fol- :owing points as non-tariff bar- riers: 1) administration of its trade system, such as its anti- dumping checkups; 2) restric- tion in issuance of visas to Japanese company personnel; 3) the unitary tax system, such as practiced by the State of California. So far, it has been the U.S. that has strongly done the criti- cizin~.:l~
