The following additional conditions are applicable to the new transport:
1. will provide a breaking or damping device
to prevent the application of excessive tension to the negative film when
power is applied to the printer.
2. Film speed is to be held constant within a twenty per cent (20%,)
variation.
3. Lateral tracking for all film sizes will be provided to'assure
that transport and rewinding will be accomplished without film damage.
