Dear John,
Reference is made to the proposal contained in the attached
letter, dated 15 November 1966, subject: Proposal B66-37 for
a Film Metering Mechanism," with inclosure.
It is requested that the contract be amended to incorporate the
above referenced proposal. A letter will be forthcoming from Office,
Chief of Engineers authorizing the allocation of 0 of the funds
presently available at NPIC to cover the following:
to cover overrun requested in
dated 16 August 1966.
2. 0 to cover additional overrun request in
letter, dated 11 November 1966.

3. to cover the requested amendment to the contract
for proposed work stated in the inclosed proposal.
With the exception of a one-week training program, it is anticipated
that the above work will complete the contract.
