Requested Delay in Reply to Proposal

1. Your proposal for corrective optics to be fitted to the Zoom
70 micro stereoscope has been received. In order to provide the Technic 1
Development Staff with an acute ev*luation of the proposal, it is re-
quest that there be an extension of the due date for our reply. Since
this proposal affects a large rimber of photointerpreters, responses an
an individual basis is required to :determine whether there be a limited
or overall requirement for the adapters.
2. A reply viii be forssrded at our earliest opportunity. It is
aped that this necessary delay in response will not adversely affect
pursuit of this contract.
