During your recent visit to DIA, you raised the issue of the
accuracy and reliability of certain journalistic claims regarding
the possible existence of Russian psychoenergetic devices. We
have investigated those claims and prepared a response. These
comments are attached as an enclosure to this letter.
You will note that the response addresses potential problems and
areas of concern should the journalist decide to go public with
his allegations. Also included are a list of possible options
and recommendations for your consideration.
