SHEN-YANG STORAGE SITE SU-CHIA-TUN SOUTH, CHINA
A previously identified storage site is located at 41-35N 123-21E,
5 nautical miles (rim) south of Su-chia-tun and 12 nm south of Shen-yang,
China (Figure 1). The site is both road and rail served.
Storage Facilities
Facilities in the storage area include 9 gable-roofed warehouses
(Buildings 1-9, Figure 3), 14 curved-roof storage buildings (Buildings 10-
23, Figure 3), 2 transshipment warehouses (Buildings 24 and 25, Figure 3),
4 support buildings and several open storage areas. Two of the gable-
roofed warehouses (Buildings 5 and 6, Figure 3) have 4 dormer-type roof
ventilators each. Curved-roof Buildings 20-23 have one stack-type venti-
lator located near each end of their roofs. Each of Buildings 10 through
19 consists of 2 separately roofed sections of different widths. Two
stack-type ventilators are located on the roof of each section.
Unidentified objects are visible in the open storage areas. These
objects are stacked in rows generally measuring 50 by 10 feet.

building (Figure 3). One support building in the southeast corner of the
site was removed sometime between

Security
The storage area is secured by a single fence. A guardhouse/check-
point is located inside the road/rail entrance to the storage area. Guard
towers are located inside the northeast and northwest corners of the stor-
age area.
Housing and Administration
Facilities in the housing and administration area, which is located
just outside the storage area entrance, include 5 barracks, several small
administration/support buildings and 1 large support
buildin which was under construction on I and completed
before (Figure 3).

Accuracy Statement
All measurements, with the exception of Buildings 24 and 25, have
been made by the NPIC Technical Intelligence Division and are considered
to be accurate within + 5 feet. Measurements of Buildings 24 and 25
were made by the CIA/IAD project analyst and should be considered approxi-
mate. The location of these two buildings on the rectified plot was also
accomplished by the CIA/IAD project analyst and should also be considered
approximate. The line drawing in this report has been rectified.
