REMARKS:
The Minsk Railroad Car Repair Plant "Plamia.Revolutsi", located
in the southwest section of the city, is a major car repair facility for the
Western Railroad.
.A comparison of photography with that of L-1 eveals no
significant chap a in this installation. However, two assembly buildings
present in lave been replaced by a single building containing floor
space approximately equivalent to that of the former two.
