STATUS REPORT FOR IMAGERY EXPERIMENTATION
SUPPORT FOR THE PERIOD OF 15 MARCH
THROUGH 15 MAY 1970

Work performed over this reporting period involved the planning
and coordination of aerial reconnaissance overflights over the
Work was also performed in defining the simulation parameters to
be performed on the acquired aerial photography.
For the two areas of the overflights, flight line plans, camera
settings and aircraft liaison coordination was performed. Ground truth was
collected, that is dimensions and 35mm color and black and white photography
of the targets of interest.
Two trips were taken to
the image simulations and the other to formalize the simulation plans. A two
day trip was made to
to collect ground truth and coordi-
nate the overflights and two separate trips were made to to also
collect ground truth and arrange the overflights.
The ground truth is being processed in our lab and the material
is being selected for the keys to be used in the study.
