ereby submits
this proposal to furnish one Super Wide Film Straightener and three copies of
a Maintenance and Operational Manual. These services are proposed on a cost-plus-
fixed-fee basis for a total estimated cost including fee of Enclosure (1)
is a cost breakdown.
Enclosure (2) provides a technical discussion of the work to be performed along
with a performance schedule, resumes of personel, and =facilities. Delivery
will be made F.O.B. destination within 20 weeks after receipt of an order. This
includes not more than one week for customer concept review.
