SENIOR INTELLIGENCE SERVICE EVALUATION PERIOD
1. Concurrent with the establishment of the Senior Intelligence
Service (SIS) in the Agency, the performance evaluation period for
SIS members is established for the twelve month period 1 October to
30 September. While SIS membership did not become effective until
1 November 1979, the current performance evaluation period will be
1 October 1979 to 30 September 1980.
2. The performance appraisal which would normally have been
written for the period ending 31 March 1980 will not be required.
Where it is desirable or appropriate to document a current record of
performance, supervisors may prepare evaluations, using either a
memorandum or the former Fitness Report form 45, for a period through
30 September 1979.
