is a continuation of the work that is being
done to hook up NPIC with the NSA computer.
As far as I can tell this is merely im-
plementing an already agreed-upon arrangement.
I see no difficulties with it. Suggest you
give Steve the green light to go ahead and
make the arrangement. I see no need for him
to continue referring these to the Front Office
as long as they don't involve expenditure of
NPIC funds or a change in the ~ba?sic agreement.
