REVERENCE Memorandum for Deputy Director for Intelligence
NPIC/D-217/70 dated 5 August 1970

1. Revalidation is requested for the foreign travel proposed
in the referenced document. This memorandum, which supersedes that
document, contains changes in travel mode to eliminate the risk of
highjacking. No commercial air travel is now involved. There are
